A Jamaican burgher recipe that is leaps and bounds over popular burgher
recipes used by fast food joints. |

ingredients |

1 lb ground beef |
|
½ cup chopped sweet pepper |
|
¼ cup chopped onion |
|
¼ cup escallion chopped finely |
|
¼ cup garlic chopped finely |
|
1 tsp vegetable oil |
|
¼ cup bread crumbs |
|
1 tsp Jamaican jerk-bq sauce |

preparation |

1.
Combine all ingredients and form into round patties. |

2.
Brown the patties in the vegetable oil each side and then add the jerk-bq
sauce. |

3.
Cook until done and then remove. |
|
4.
Serve over hamburger rolls. |
