A delicious Jerk salsa that’s mouth watering to the last bite. |

INGREDIENTS |

1 lb boiled beef steak, |
|
¾ cup chopped tomatoes |
|
½ cup Jamaican jerk sauce |
|
½ cup onions diced |
|
¼ cup escallions diced, |
|
¼ tsp allspice |
|
½ cup shredded cheese |
|
2 sprigs parsley |
|
PREPARATION |
|
1. Combine the tomatoes, jerk sauce, onions, escallions and allspice and
set aside. |
|
2. Trim the exterior fat and cut the beef steak into serving sized
pieces. |
|
3. Place each on a flat surface, cover with waxed paper and flatten. |
|
4. Heat a nonstick frying pan and broil the steaks. |
|
5. Turn the steaks and top each with an equal amount of cheese. |
|
6. Serve the steaks over the reserved salsa mix. |
