A sweet and unusual burgher recipe but just as delicious. |

ingredients |
|
¼ cup escallions sliced |
|
¼ tsp garlic powder |
|
1 tbsp margarine |
|
1½ lb pork |
|
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce |
|
½ tsp salt |
|
½ tsp black pepper |
|
4 lettuce leaves |
|
¼ onion diced |
|
1 cup tomato sliced |
|
preparation |
|
1. In a skillet,
sauté onions with garlic powder in butter until tender. |

2. Remove from the
heat and combine pork, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. |
|
3. Shape into eight
patties. Spoon onion mixture into the center of four patties to within
½-inch of edges. |

4. Top with
remaining patties; pinch edges to seal. |
|
5. Grill, uncovered,
over medium coals for 10-15 minutes, turning once, or until juices run
clear. |
|
6. Serve on rolls
with lettuce, onion and tomato. |
