A great jerk stew recipe |

ingredients |

2 cups chicken breast cubed |
|
2 cups Jamaican chicken broth |
|
3 cup potatoes; peeled and cubed |
|
1 cup onion chopped |
|
¼ cup escallion diced |
|
1 cup carrots diced |
|
1 tsp paprika |
|
½ tsp Pepper |
|
½ tsp Dried thyme |
|
¼ cup Cold water |
|
3 tbsp Cornstarch |
|
½ cup Jamaican jerk sauce |

preparation |

1. In a slow cooker, combine the all ingredients. |

2. Cover and cook on for 4 hours. |
|
3. Mix water and cornstarch until smooth stir into stew. |
|
4. Cook, covered, 30 minutes more or until the vegetables are tender. |
