INGREDIENTS |

1 ½ lb Lean Ground Beef |
|
½ cup ketchup |
|
3 bread slices |
|
1 egg large |
|
1 cup milk |
|
¼ cup onion chopped |
|
1 tsp Salt |
|
¼ tsp black pepper |
|
¼ tsp garlic powder |
|
¼ cup Jamaican jerk-barbeque sauce |
|
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce |

PREPARATION |

1. Pre-heat the oven
to 350 degrees F. |

2. Mix all the
ingredients except the ketchup together. |
|
3. Spread the meat
mixture into an un-greased loaf pan. |
|
4. Mix ½ cup of
jerk-bq sauce and 2 tbsp of water in a skillet. |
|
5. Place the slices
of meatloaf in the skillet, turning to coat all sides with the jerk-bq
sauce. |
|
6. Cover and cook
over low heat, brushing the sauce on the slices occasionally, until the
meat is hot. |
